We’re excited to announce that the 4th Annual Gear Up Against Kids Cancer has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, at a new location: Floresville City Park (756 TX-97, Floresville, TX 78114), right next to the Event Center.
Together, we can continue accelerating critical progress at the Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute at UT Health San Antonio — one of only two stand-alone pediatric cancer research centers in the country.–
Since the first Gear Up Against Kids Cancer in April ‘22, our incredible community of riders, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters has raised over $65,000 and logged more than 36,000 miles — all supporting life-changing childhood cancer research happening in San Antonio.

As you may have heard, the 4th Annual Gear Up has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025. It will also take place at a new location: Floresville City Park (756 TX-97, Floresville, TX 78114), located right next to the Event Center.

If you’ve already registered, there’s no need to take any action — your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you prefer to request a refund, please get in touch with us at 210-562-9000.

We’re also finalizing t-shirt pick-up details for all registered participants. Event shirts are still included, and we’ll share pickup dates soon.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We can’t wait to ride with you this fall and make an even greater impact in the fight against kids’ cancer.
